How It Works

Four steps, zero supervision. MycoFog® handles the rest in 3 hours.

Prepare

Remove cultures and labware. Set incubator to 45°C. Disable CO₂ and humidity controls. Place Biological Indicators at key locations.

Pour & Place

Pour the pre-measured reagent bottle into the fogger reservoir. Place the fogger at mid-level inside the incubator for even fog distribution.

Press Start

Hold the button 2 seconds. A 12-second safety countdown begins before fogging starts. Close the door — fully automatic from here.

Verify & Return

After 180 min the H₂O₂ has fully decomposed. Incubate BIs for 24–48 hrs to confirm ≥6-log kill. Return incubator to service.
